Citeel Partners with WarriorFunds to Build U.S. Based Data Centers
We are excited to announce that Citeel has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with WarriorFunds OZ, marking the beginning of a long-term partnership aimed at establishing data centers across the United States.
In this collaboration, WarriorFunds OZ will take the lead in several critical areas:
- Assessing U.S. Data Center Needs: Evaluating the current and future demands of the U.S. data center market.
- Identifying Optimal Regions: Pinpointing the best locations for new data center developments.
- Negotiating Regional Incentives: Securing incentives from regional authorities to support our projects.
- Coordinating Design-Build Development: Managing the design and construction of state-of-the-art facilities.
- Supporting Customer Engagement: Attracting and engaging potential tenants for our data centers.
This initiative is set to commence in the latter stages of 2024.
The collaboration will be led by Richard Haddad of WarriorFunds, who will drive our mutual objectives and ensure the success of our joint efforts.
Richard Haddad is a retired US Marine Corps (USMC) veteran with a seasoned career in global executive roles, market creation, segment branding, and direct customer markets, including the Department of Defense (DoD) and B2B sectors. His past roles include Vice President and General Manager at Navistar Defense, Head of Business Development at Carlisle, General Manager and Government Affairs at Polaris, and President at Meggitt.
